The Palace was designed by the renowned Arquitectonica and developed by Harry B. Helmsley. The 40 story residential high-rise building holds 254 units and was built in 1981.
The Palace resides along the southern end of Brickell Avenue in the popular Brickell neighborhood, considered the “Wall Street of the South”. Residents witness the magnificent vistas of Biscayne Bay, the Atlantic Ocean, and the city of Miami through the floor-to-ceiling windows.
The Palace, located in the Brickell area, allows residents to be close to all the popular neighborhood bars, restaurants, shops, parks, and cafes including Mary Brickell Village and Miami Circle Park. The Palace is also just a short ride away from Miami International Airport, Bayside Marketplace, American Airlines Arena, Marlins Park, and many other popular Miami destinations.
